The Legend of Zelda: Ballad of the Gods
There are three alignments for characters in The Legend of Zelda. Power, Wisdom, and Courage. Every person has an alignment that is the greatest representation of the character. A character who has ambitions of power would have the Power alignment, while a character who wishes to protect his village may be Courage.
Each alignment has an association with a particular Goddess though the Goddess does not necessarily give powers to those who are aligned with the aspect related to the Goddess.
Power: Ambition and strength are qualities most associated with those who are aligned with Power. Commonly associated with the Goddess Din.
Examples: Ganondorf, many Gorons, an ambitious politician, or a craftsman looking to become the greatest in his field.
Paths: Destruction, Earth, Fire, Metal, and Strength
Alignment Skills: Athletics, Crafting, Ride, Tactics
Ritual Weapon: Trident
Avatar: Oracle of Seasons
Wisdom: Curiosity and intellect are qualities most associated with those who are aligned with Wisdom. Commonly associated with the Goddess Nayru.
Examples: Zelda, scholars, councilors, and bards.
Paths: Knowledge, Light, Order, Protection, Water
Alignment Skills: Bluff, Haggle, Prestidigitation, Sneak
Ritual Weapon: Reflex Bow
Avatar: Oracle of Ages
Courage: Bravery and the will to take risks are qualities most associated with those who are aligned with Courage. Commonly associated with the Goddess Farore
Examples: Link, soldiers protecting their country, explorers, and entrepreneurs.
Paths: Air, Heroism, Life, Nature, Travel
Alignment Skills: Acrobatics, Investigate, Search, Survival
Ritual Weapon: Long Sword
